Our delivery service…
Delivering fire surrounds and other goods to customers is very important to us; we endeavour to make the process as safe and secure as possible.
Prestige fireplaces manufacture fire surrounds from raw materials, and each fire surround is hand made. We take pride in what we make, and like you the customer, do not want our goods damaged in the delivery process.
Deliveries which include full fireplaces i.e. fire surround, marble/granite hearth and back panel, tiled hearth and insert, cast iron inserts and other fragile goods are delivered by either ourselves or a small independent delivery company.
This company is given the customers contact details, and will contact you direct to arrange a time of delivery.
Deliveries are arranged a few days in advance. Customers are given a day and time of delivery within one hour.
If for any reason the driver is running late, due to traffic congestion or other problems they will keep you informed.
All fireplaces are fully checked before loading, and are transported using foams and blankets and are not removed from the vehicle until reaching there destination.
The driver will place your chosen fireplace in the room of your choice, help you unpack the goods and check it over with you.
This service is available to most UK destination at a cost of £30.00 (Payable to driver)
Deliveries can also be arranged for Europe, please contact us for a quotation.
Please be courteous to the driver on receiving your goods, they sometimes travel great distances to delivery your goods safely!
